Enhanced Public Health Measures – March, 2021 UPDATE
Following Provincial guidelines Valentine Volvo is open, but is limiting capacity to 25%. To help us manage the flow of customers for both sales and service, you can now book a sales appointment. When you arrive, check in at the front desk.
Please note: masks are mandatory.
When you drop off your vehicle we will immediately sanitize all touch points in the car, including your keys. Upon completing your service we’ll repeat the sanitation process before returning your vehicle to you. A reminder that we have an after hours drop box where you can deliver your keys to us at any time of day, if you aren’t comfortable coming into the dealership. We have touchless payment set up and can email a secure link for payment.
