******Updated Review*****After my view I was contacted immediately. Once I had I chance to talk to the owner everything went great. We went back for a 2nd visit and Tyler was great very knowledgeable polite and patience. We answered every question my husband and I asked which was great. I would recommend this dealership to my friends after the great customer service we received. Thank you Paul and Tyler for all your help during our car search.___________________________________________Today's experience at volvo was awkward to say the least. To be fair we got there 45 minutes before closing so I can understand not wanting to deal with customers at the end of the day but still I felt very undervalued at this dealership. First when walked into the dealership there were about 4 or 5 employees walking around and none of them greeted us. We ask a very nice receptionist for assistants and she found us a sales person. And guess what he didn't introduce himself to us as well. (As if we were wasting his time and there was no need to get to know us) He just took us to the car we wanted to test drive. During the test drive (XC40) he seemed very disengaged. I felt nervous to ask questions because I didn't feel comfortable. I honestly would go to a different dealership if there was another in town. I might have to drive to Edmonton to get a little customer service. Overall, I was not happy with my visit and I hope that with my review they will sharpen up and help every customer no matter what time they arrive.

My husband and I have never had better service! We will definitely be buying another Volvo next time we need a car. We had bought our car in Edmonton, just happened to be on a road trip when we had a rim crack. Valentine Volvo came to the rescue! They let us take another vehicle while they fixed our car. To boot they were friendly and caring - especially Phil!
