We just purchased a 1-year off lease XC90 and had a wonderful experience at Valentine Volvo. Abe, our salesperson was friendly, kind, not pushy and a real pleasure to deal with. We then met with Yuan for the paperwork, the same great comments are said about him from start to finish. Picking up our vehicle today was once again a great experience from Abe and Yuan, along with Odessa who walked us through all the controls of the car - very knowledgeable, and very patient - an unexpected service. All three employees made us feel valued and we're happy to have chosen Valentine Volvo for our vehicle purchase.
