The 2026 XC40 B5 AWD pairs a turbocharged gasoline engine with mild-hybrid technology. The system recovers energy during braking to support the engine, and you never need to plug it in. Volvo Canada lists output at up to 247 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, with estimated combined fuel consumption of 9.1 L/100 km.

Ultra adds Harman Kardon Premium Sound, Pilot Assist, the distinctive Orrefors crystal gear shifter, and heated rear seats. Pilot Assist provides driver support under appropriate conditions; the driver remains responsible for the vehicle.
